The Gasyard Development Trust runs a wide range of creative and community programmes that support wellbeing, learning, and inclusion for people of all ages.

We run a number of funded programmes through Gasyard Wildflower Studios as well as  a wide variety of independently run classes and workshops led by talented local facilitators and organisations who hire our space.

The Gasyard Centre is located in the heart of the Bogside, Derry, on the historic site of the old gasworks along Lecky Road. Just a short walk from Free Derry Corner and the famous Bogside murals, the centre is surrounded by some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Directly behind the centre is Brandywell Stadium, home of Derry City FC, while the City Walls, Guildhall, and Peace Bridge are all within a 10–15 minute walk. Its central location makes the Gasyard Centre an ideal starting point to explore the rich history, culture, and community spirit of the Bogside and beyond.
